This goes to a 51.5” ( 130.8cm) full bust and a 53.5” ( 135.9cm hip) as detailed in the chart below (you may need to scroll to the side, to reach the right hand edge of the chart). Please note: Some patterns are still to be updated to include the new H-T (14-38) range, and are currently available in our original sizing range of A-N.

This post has more detailed information about how to choose your size range. Currently there are four patterns available. We will continue to update existing patterns. Our new sizing goes to a 65" (165cm) full chest and a 72" (183cm) hip.įuture patterns will be developed in these two size ranges. O ur new sizing system (Sept 2022) offers two ranges: A-L (0-22) which carries directly on from our children's sizes and also includes tween sizing, and H-T (14-38).
We know that making something by hand is an act of love - and we wish for you to have a beautiful garment that fits your own unique body shape. For a good fit, we urge you to look at your actual body measurements rather than using the referenced standard sizes. All Twig + Tale patterns provide instruction on how to take accurate measurements for a great fit.
